Model workers and craftsmen are the elite of the nation, the model of the people, and also the exemplary force of social progress. Recently, the Model workers and craftsmen communication in Gaomi, Weifang and High-skilled Talent Cooperation and Exchange Conference was held in Gaomi.

Visit and Communication, Praise and Recognition

From November 29th to 30th, in order to create a communication among the persons in similar field, 28 model workers were divided into different fields such as welding, CNC machining, and chemical equipment according to their expertise, and went to the corresponding departments for on-the-spot inspections to understand the production site, conduct professional exchanges, and visit the group exhibition hall.

The model workers and craftsmen were lamented by the rapid development of Himile, and expressed their appreciation for the cultural cohesion, product and technological innovation, and the spiritual outlook of the employees.

Sharing Experience, Educating Others

In order to strengthen communication and learning, and provide opportunities to get close to model workers and craftsmen. From November 29th to 30th, Himile invited 4 model workers (Cheng Ping, Dong Litao, Zheng Zhiming, Li Shengrui) and hold 3 special reports to share their growth experience and unique skills.

Among 3 conference, there are 3300 participants. Aiming at understanding the spirit of model workers and craftsmen and finding the power of role models through the deeds of model workers. The atmosphere was warm and extraordinary, and everyone asked questions, took photos, and signed autographs.

Strengthen Cooperation, Together for a Shared Future

On the last day of the event, all 60 model workers and craftsmen visited Himile No. 2 Industrial Park and visited high end mechanical manufacturing business, welding training, CNC training and other projects, and several model workers expressed their intention to cooperate.
